Mata Ortiz Potters & Pottery
The Mata Ortiz art movement started with Juan Quezada and has now grown to a few hundred potters. Many galleries carry the pottery, especially in the southwest, so buyers can see the pottery, but miss the experience of meeting the potters first hand. This site will feature several potters, their lives and their pottery. Keep coming back because we will be bringing different people into your homes on a regular basis.
